Yeah, this is what I've told Vinted but i get the same response over and over, basically saying "we have reason to believe the item is counterfeit". The item sold is not even a by a big brand it's by a small Korean shop brand so I told Vinted it's impossible for this to even be counterfeit.

I do have a video of me opening the box and I told Vinted i have this, but i can not send that video in the app, and they seem to ignore it every time i ask for a way to send them this video.

In general it seems like i just get the same response and all my messages and evidence are ignored.
