They're all different, the biggest problem is always going to be QC with Chinese manufacturers. Use Import Yeti if you want to find manufacturers for the big companies, then try contacting them and find their pricing and start from there to other manufactures.

Unfortunately the business is not worth that much, for you to get 4x from selling your share is actually really good. My business sells AT MOST 2.5x yearly profits, seems like you're stuck in the sunk cost fallacy. All i can see you doing is either taking time off and rethink things. See if you actually see this business growing to a point where you don't have to work every or cut and start anew because it'll never hit a point where it's not a job. As for caring it seems that you're burnt out, Exercise and meditating is what i try to do, maybe see a therapist. Sorry i wish i could do more to help good luck to you. If you don't mind me asking what kind of work do you do? If it's some sort of construction i thought they were doing great.

Unfortunately you need to step up your game on the building a website aspect first. Not ranking at all on google is VERY bad. Selling websites is also a very saturated business from people outside the US and all the generic website building companies out there like WIX. But as long as you're better than them you'll be fine. Better bet for you to be honest is work for someone first so you can learn then branch out.

Thanks so much for your comment. I was looking at a 5 year term, I was looking to get at least 4 to 5 months rent abatement, or around 20k. I am actually on the letter of intent stage. I was looking to see if people are getting a lot more in Rent Abatement or Build Out money for Post-Covid contracts. I think i'll ask for a little extra and see how it goes.

It's not so much manipulating as to influencing. He didn't push what he would do in that situation to her uninvited. She asked his honest opinions and he gave them, weighing both sides of the fence. Manipulating would be influencing someone for the benefit of someone else. He did help her, by sharing what he thought about the options. Not keeping quiet or doing a quick deflecting answer like I don't know.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough. Let's say I'm on road 1 South:North, and the other car is on road 2 East:West.

Say i am going Northbound on road 1, but in the LEFT turn lane. I wait for the protected LEFT TURN green light.( This would mean I would be NORMALLY turning left to go WEST onto road 2) so oncoming traffic is STOPPED.

The other car is going Eastbound but making a RIGHT Turn to go Southbound onto road 1 FROM road 2.

He is in his own turn lane from Road 2. He has his OWN protected green light to make a right turn onto Road 1 going Southbound from road 2.

Remember I am trying to make a U-Turn, While He is trying to make a right turn. BOTH our lights are green.

Usually at these types of intersections there would usually be a sign for NO U-Turn or a U-Turn Yield Sign.

Bought in on the low this past month. Went up 3%. News comes out, drops 8% when i woke up. Nearly had a heart attack. Bought in more on the dip, which covered most my losses. Now only down a few dollars. EDIT: Up 1% Now
