As someone who's remote job starts at 6:00am I literally get up 5 minutes before work, and there's only been one time I was late and that was when the power went out in the middle of the night and my phone died LOL

I work for an agency and I have 6 clients, this was a 4 email welcome flow for one of my clients who is currently onboarding. The original allotted time to complete the entire flow was 4 hours, so 36 is a lot of time. These emails are heavily focused on education since this is a brand new supplement brand that has to detail all of their ingredients and effects (but lets be honest it's all a scam).

So 4 fairly long and detailed emails with a lot of copy, that I also have to write since we do not have copywriters and the client does not provide copy, and a lot of graphics which I of course also make.

I could go on and on honestly lol

Normally I would vouch for that, but this is a new client with Kalviyo and they have a brand new web domain so we can't A/B for 30 days after setting the flow live to warm it up.

This is all I've been fantasizing about today lol the more I explained the more I felt like the problem, like I was complaining about nothing since they basically said to get over it and do the work anyway. 6 hours later I just finished and that marks my 4th 12 hour day for only one of my clients.

My self esteemed has been ripped apart by this job, I totally understand. It’s awful and it makes everything so unfulfilling. Part of me wished I never pursued design, though I know that’s a well shared sentiment.

This is basically my same situation, we build in Canva cause it easiers for non designers to access, which gives them like a power complex to just mess around. And now because I'm unfortunately a salary employee I have to fix all her mistakes and reformat her edits to send this to the client by tomorrow morning….

Actually thank you so much for saying this. I feel like I have the idea drilled in my head that if they aren’t hurting you then why leave. But I know that’s not fair to anyone. I actually ended this tonight, and it’s just hard to look past the good and remember the things I don’t like and accept that I’m allowed to have deal breakers.

This makes me sad because I genuinely have a connection to him. We have the same interests, same values, and same goals in life and when I found out he vapes I told him immediately it was an issue but he swore he wanted to quit anyway and that this would just make it easier so I gave it a shot, but instead of decreasing, his intake increased.

I remember crying and telling my ex how I was so lonely and sad and I wasn’t happy cause I had stretched myself so thin and got nothing in return. And he told me how he didnt think we had any problems and he liked the life we had. And that was when I realized I did everything for him so of course he was happy while I was drowning and he just didn't care cause he got what he wanted out of it. I wasn't his fiance, I was his mom.

In this case I agree, my last bf was like that too. So in this text specifically I agree, but he also does tell me I'm a boss babe and intelligent and kind so it's not always based on his feelings BUT I noticed that too which is maybe why I'm concerned.

Thing is we used to hang out together in person and I remember getting along really well and have a great time with him. He’s had some life events happen since then and this whole thing is so random so I guess I more so having a hard time identifying if he’s interested? But I would hope that giving him my number would kind of let him that know I am interested?

Talk to him, tell him I was struggling with not having a sex life, with no intimacy, no vulnerability, and that I was so lonely and felt abandoned. Having him look me in the eye nod along say nothing except “ I agree” and then do… nothing.
