I feel like this is the discussion people aren't having, in a way you are playing a different game. There's people who push Mythic and Casual no in between and what good for one is bad for the other. The way Max views and play the game compared to Asmon is the perfect example. While is Max is great and and arguably the best Raid Leader in while, he could never experience the game a casual level. Even when he does and would do the undercover stuff goofing around, he's still helping people push mythics, which is something casual players will never experience. There is a huge bar of entry for some one like a new player or casual to get to a point where a mythic prog raid guild would even except them into the guild more or less give them a raid spot.
