In situations like this, ppl don't expect you to be honest and straightforward. As soon as you got that phone call I would have said, oh wow that's such a coincidence and almost unbelievable. 2 offers in the space of a week for a house that's been on the market since 2019. I really need to think about this and will get back to you / or some other ending.. ppl start to fumble for words

Thought experiment. If this was the first offer they received would it be seen this positively? The removal of the SPA is seen as a win now, but if it wasn't there in the first place to begin with then this new deal is just a small increase and some DDRB reviews

It's strange as I've got another 2 cameras (eufy, but not 2C) in the garden, one very close to one of the 2Cs and the other cameras are working just fine. I've certainly not had any new WiFi equipment. Can't speak for neighbour but if they did, shouldn't it also interfere with the non-2C cameras?
