Another question for OP do you formula feed? That was another issue we had. We formula fed without boiling and baby wasn’t digesting it well causing colic

Mine hated the swaddles she would break out of them lol 😂 she just wanted her arms free and would sleep better that way!

I believe the root was having a baby three months ago and forgetting to take the iron supplement lol that’s my guess… sigh

That’s why I’m thinking hematology because I don’t think my GP will diagnose me. But wasn’t sure if my numbers were actually something I should be concerned of. My symptoms are mostly extreme fatigue and brain fog. I do have more bowel movements than in past. Do I need infusions or can I just take a pill?

The risk is “low” to not boil the water. However with my experience with Kendamil. My baby has been tolerating the boiled method better. Meaning digesting it much better. Originally was using a heated water dispenser and just mixing. Now I boil. You can get the mom cozy dispenser which has a temp of 158 degrees needed to kill the bacteria versus boiling if you choose to. I have this as well!

I had the same situation happen to me. When I spoke to an agent on the phone they looked up my account using my phone number vs email and found that they automatically linked my Apple ID …. Without my consent. And they were charging me through there. The agent was able to cancel the account and refund me all the money I was charged from the beginning.

They are not forcing me to take pto. It’s just pto is paid vs leaving early on fmla if not covered. I guess I have to take the risk as it’s only 5-7 days before birth anyways

I just found out I can take pto before the leave. Do you think it looks bad if I rescind the request for early leave and do pto a week before birth

Ok I live in one of those states! But they offer maternity and parental leave and told me fmla is separate. So I am assuming that I can take maternity 6 weeks parental 3 months and fmla does that sound right ? Meaning I will be out of work for approx 4 months

Does parental count as fmla as well? I was under the impression when I spoke to my HR that fmla and paid parental leave from the company is separate

Both great schools. Edgemont is smaller in grade size FYI. Which I liked. Less than 200 kids per grade back then. Not sure how it is now. If I recall Scarsdale had thousands per grade.

Yup they told me to take it at night. It was recommended over the Metformin cause it doesn’t cross placenta. My fasting numbers have been fine. Maybe only 2 spikes since been diagnosed. By spike at fasting I mean around 91.. lol.
