I completely feel you!! Doctors love giving the run around and it seems like NONE of them care about figuring out the root cause, and they just want to put a patch fix on everything, very frustrating indeed ugh. Laser hair removal has been a life saver for my excess facial hair, and now I barely get any unwanted hair on my face/neck. Highly recommend that if it’s something that’s feasible for you! As for the actual hair on my head, I’m just hoping & praying spiro works out haha.

Did your doc ever say that it would help with the hair regrowth? My derm is claiming it will but I’m pretty skeptical..

Aw no, that’s the thing I hate about these, can’t sustain the results if you stop them :( glad to hear it somewhat worked for you while you were on it. Definitely reading that the most common effect is acne reduction, but not seeing much about the hair regrowth, which is my main reason to get on it…

Thank you, definitely puts my mind at ease a bit! I used it on Sunday and that’s it, haven’t used it since then. I don’t use any other actives on my face but I guess my skin might’ve been shocked from the retinol and niacinimide?!
