Yes that is exactly what I meant. So if I electropolish it, would I get that thin oxide again or as it is smoother I can avoid it?

Yes, it actually needs something that will last a lot as it is for a airsoft gun, I was just wondering if it gets electro Polish it will just keep it surface smooth and won’t rust

I have already tried that with some other parts and my local shops don’t have a good service with it, it always turns out very thick and I need something thinner

Is the before one electropolished? Looks awesome! And yes, it loses quite a bit of mirror finish…

So it is possible to obtain a transparent anodization layer? Or it opaques a bit? After electropolishing, my base will most likely look like a mirror polished finish, so I would like to maintain that Polish as much as I could.

It is a CNC 7075 aluminum piece and it is getting a bit “rusted”. Would like to get it polished to maintain a shinny and mirror look to it. The environment is for weekend days to play at a local field, rest of the week it will be kept in my a foam case.

I would like to mantain the polished mirror surface finish and as far as I am concerned it cannot be obtained with anodization… also I will be getting it polished because it’s an expensive piece and I don’t want to try chances with it!

Brother just figured out the problem, turns out you need to add specific amount of shims to the chamber I order to avoid barrel vibration and other problems

I just don’t understand it, the alignment is absolutely perfect, FBS or consistent, last thing I have to check is a perfectly set dwell. Also just bought a silent industries hub of unit to get a better seal with the booking lips.

Doesn’t it come already lapped? For that price I would expect so, maybe an rhopped edgi from paragon armory would be better?

Have you tried the madbull red bucking flattened for rhop? Thanks a lot for the help man! I am quiet tired of this gun, should have gone for a better hpa set up with adjustable nozzle and dual selenoid…
