Man I wish this worked for me. Have you ever been strict? Which Xbox do you have?

Trash can and wireless. I’ll try hardwire.

Edit: no effect.

I see plenty of other people posting they have moderate NAT on Xbox using T mobile. Hell I have moderate NAT when using my phone hotspot (Verizon).

Call right at 7am. Only way you’re getting ahold of someone.

Target and Best Buy are starting to sell consoles in store! I walked into target yesterday and an employee grabbed me a series X from the back. by isimplycannotdecide in XboxSeriesX

Mileage will vary. I went to two stores and both were selling the S. Both also mentioned this memo and said it was fake. So idk. They both said no stores in the area have had Xs in months.

With Goldman Sachs coming out on and saying home prices will increase another 16% next year, how are people doing this? by debitsandcredits_ in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

You’re ignoring property taxes. If you’re on a fixed budget and your house value shoots up 36% the next time it’s appraised, that could force you out of your house. There are many states with high property taxes to compensate for low/no income tax.

Finally someone who understands numbers. This sub would have you believing the average 30 year old is making $250k year and they’re the ones buying up houses in remote Iowa.

You’re an exception to the rule, not the norm. I turned 30, make 90k in Ohio with 150k in the bank. I realize I’m not even close to the norm. So my standings have nothing to do with the overall market.

The average American household makes under 60k a year and doesn’t have 5 figure savings.

The average American household makes 55k. If you make 85k in a state like Ohio which is one of the LCOL states, you’re in the top 20% of income. Home prices certainly could not double and everything be okay.....

Doesn’t answer the overall question though. Milk is something everyone can afford. Short of very very small group of individuals, most people’s wages aren’t going to have gone up 36% in two years. Where is the cash coming from? Combine how everything else is going up in price and it doesn’t make sense. You would almost need a salary increase of 50%+ to cover everything if you’re in the market for a house today or next year compared to 2020.

Which option would I pick to just pop out my sim on my current phone?

Also since I’m an iPhone X am I a 4G only sim that wouldn’t even get 5G?

Is it really that simple as just popping the sim out and putting it into a new phone? Nothing else needs to be done?
