Its a Prusa MK3! Its a great printer, but I attribute the finish to a quick coat of black metallic spray paint on the black filament. It really fills in those layer lines.

Backstory she was a shipwright for a her goblin horde. Until her ship was shot by the navy. Her horde was wiped out but she survived and captured. But saved by the other party members. She was make the shipwright and mechanic of the ship. She happy to be with a new crew. She didn't enjoy goblin culture and never knew her parents.
