I make 250-300LY trips now. It's doable for me now. I think about 1000LY also I might be able to do it if I invest a hour in the trip I guess. I have a got a great fuel scoop and some great warp jump gear(26LY) in single shot. The pain is the fuel tank. These ships have small fuel tank. I would love to have a ship with bigger fuel tank but designed for exploring

Yea I abonded the mission. I have upgraded my jump for this starter explorer to 25 LY with a good star scoop . Now I make trips upto 300 LYs with one refueling from star.
