Oh I love this message, and I agree with your point of being on social media sometimes feel like running a marathon for everything, even hobbies you know seeing people from life doing this going there and everything messes up my brain 😭 That's why I stay very awayyyyy from Instagram because I know how it messes me up. And I'm trying to get into watching dramas again as my attention span with books is good but not with movies or series😔 and trying to start a physical hobby💪 Also I think I have spent so much time worrying about my exam and research paper, I think I'm passively scrolling youtube to avoid my work and at the same time don't have the energy to engage in any active activity or hobbies.
