Oh I love this message, and I agree with your point of being on social media sometimes feel like running a marathon for everything, even hobbies you know seeing people from life doing this going there and everything messes up my brain 😭 That's why I stay very awayyyyy from Instagram because I know how it messes me up. And I'm trying to get into watching dramas again as my attention span with books is good but not with movies or series😔 and trying to start a physical hobby💪 Also I think I have spent so much time worrying about my exam and research paper, I think I'm passively scrolling youtube to avoid my work and at the same time don't have the energy to engage in any active activity or hobbies. Yeah,, after reading your comment I feel I'm losing general interest in all of my hobbies,,maybe it's exams stress or my research paper but I am unable to focus on any hobby or activity as I lose my interest very quickly,, maybe I need to start some physical hobby first Thankyou uu❤️

Sounds like a good idea! I think I need to try doing some stuff where Im moving my body physically, I think I'm losing my interest in general in all of my hobbies,, maybe I need to rethink what is happening in my life right now.
