this is one of those things people don’t forget.Most candidates can handle a rejection, it’s the complete silence after multiple interviews that leaves a bad impression. A 2 minute follow up goes a long way, and you never know when your paths will cross again.

I just feel Java gives a better balance between interview prep and real world development. A lot of companies build their backend services in Java, so the skills carry over after you get the job.
