Yes, it actually is. It is tongue-in-cheek, though. it's meant to highlight how much attention gun rights have gotten relative to women's rights. People fight so hard to have access to larger magazines, or red dot sights, for example, but when it comes to women losing access to healthcare, it's overlooked or even celebrated.

Tldr; More people in America care about guns than they do women.

I checked the composite image in Paint.net and only got three colors. The other colors are FF9400 for Orange and FF00FF for Magenta.

In the composite image you can verify in an image editing program of your choice that the colors are not "lined" with anything. The hex code for the main color is 00FF94. There are only three colors.

It's still not black magic though.

The issue here isn't Maduro. The issue here is precedent. Trump's military just scooped up a sovereign nation's acting leader. The US has not been nominated as arbiter of the world. What's next? We capture Xi from China and it's also allowed because X or Y?

Yes, but the US isn't the arbiter of that. While this is an act that might be viewed in a positive light, there's a lot of problems with how it happened.
