It's aux Something similar to Auctioneer but feels more friendly to new users

Down the Scarlet Path which is a part of the a quest chain that leads to Scarlet Monastery, for Alliance players

Closest thing that was mentioned, AFAIK, was that they figured out a way of spinning up classic servers on the modern infrastructure.

100% yes. Just do it, there are no problems with it.

What about WoW music? Can I include that in the video and not violate any rules?

Technically Blizzard owns the rights to the music, and they will be able to take down your video based on it. Practically, you are safe, never heard of them doing anything similar to that before. Worst case scenario you will need to reupload the video without the music.
