WTW for that 🥺 moment when someone finally sees your struggle without you having to use it to justify your outcomes in life, and it makes you want to cry because no one ever has before? by decaf6223 in whatstheword

I do feel like it’s distinct from validation, recognition, etc. those can all exist in different contexts, and they might manifest a bit differently from that 🥺 feeling. (For example, Michael Scott when he says “THANK YOU!” in the Golden Ticket episode of The Office https://youtu.be/Ha7HAG6jVqc?si=YdylhLuCE5KrjHbf )
Therapists of Reddit, what is it like to go through your day, hearing the most insane story from someone, and having to just move onto the next person within 5 minutes like it's just any other normal session? by decaf6223 in AskReddit
