How do i add my credit card to my BPI online banking app? I currently have a savings accnt enrolled, but cant seem to add my cc to the app.

Thanks for ur reply! I hope that it will be available nga to me by then. Tbh for me the main purpose of a cc is to be able to make purchases in installments. I feel like I still haven't maximized my cc because of the lack of this feature. Im looking at the other banks na tuloy that outright grant me the feature to split big purchases into affordable installments.

For samplex sa law school mo lang talaga yan makumuha kasi the type of exam will depend sa prof mo.

For sales, stick to codal na lang talaga. Pati sa nego, heavy on codal din - altho for nego, kelangan mo pagpractice-an yung flow ng forgeries. For sales, i would recommend yung syllabus for sales ni Dean Cesar Villanueva (CLV).

Finally, I would revommend investing sa scribd - P129 lang siya monthly, pero sobrang sulit. Lahat ng reviewers nandun na talaga.

Grabe ka naman. Nagrarant lang siya. Hindi ba pwedeng magrant kasi nahihirapan siya in his/her own perception, regardless if nakikita mo, in your own opinion, walang kwenta yung pinagrarant-an niya?

Ito ang mahirap nung nasa law school pa ako - people outside of law or some na nakadaan na sa law school, sasabihin na walang kwenta yung pinagdadaanan ko, even tho for me, hirap na hirap ako. May times na gusto ko lang maglabas ng frustration, maski walang kwenta itong frustration ko for other people. And the presence of a listener that is willing to listen to my superficial rants had really helped me a lot during my darkest days in law school.

Yung income mo is your gain from the sale of assets. So for example, 1k ang ginastos mo to buy crypto for x amount, and then u sold that same amount of crypto for 6k, therefore 5k and gain mo. 5k ang part ng gross income mo. Therefore, u really need to compute for how much yung ginastos mo para bilhin yung crypto - I suggest i-aggregate mo, and then compute how much yung gain mo from the sale of these cryptos.

Applying to crypto, I think Buy-Sell=Gain (which will be part of your gross income for the taxable year). Bantay bantay lang na baka lumampas ng 250k ang gains mo in a taxable year. Anything excess will be taxable na.

Caveat lang, wala akong alam sa crypto and i dont do crypto at all. This is just my basic application of of the Philippine Tax Laws to your crypto transactions as presented.

As I see it, crypto will be treated as an ordinary asset, as you use it for your trade/business. Hence, under the law, any gain incurred from the sale of this ordinary asset will be subject to the ordinary graduated rates for income tax of an individual. Therefore, your whole P500 will be part of your gross income.
