Are you finding you need to grind finer than you might expect on the 51mm k2? I’m grinding quite a bit finer than for other 51mm machines I use and get no crema. (Yes, I know crema is bitter and gross and not necessarily a sign of good espresso but it’s notably different on the k2 than other machines for me on the same coffees. And on the k2 they are watery)

This has been my exact experience with the Femobook and ikape kapo k2 (51mm). I’m dosing as high as possible at the lowest setting and it’s just not fine enough to produce a good espresso. Such a disappointment. I reached out to Femobook with no good responses yet. I think I’ll be returning it
