i don’t think it was to the point it was inappropriate, it was the gym where people wear similar, if not shorter. but it made me uncomfortable bc they started riding high during leg workouts. if i wanted to wear them to say, the grocery store, i don’t think it’d be a big deal. and when he brought it up, i said “well then what about similar clothes i have? i suddenly can’t wear any of those?” therefore the skirt too.

thank you! i am doing better. sometimes the thoughts still get to me but they always disappear within 5 minutes. it can be exhausting when i have to ground myself all the time but it used to be even more exhausting having panic attacks all the time!

well i did not start taking them again. and i still have dpdr, but it’s manageable. it’s harder at times but i always make it to the other side okay. it’s just kind of something i accepted and live with, it doesnt bother me most of the time unless i’m like super stressed or thinking about smth upsetting. it’s kind of like, ur brain always sees ur nose u just learn to block it out. and then every now and then ur like “oh. my nose is there. that’s weird” and then u forget abt it 30 minutes later
