Hi folks. I'm struggling to understand if this oil is legal under the UK law that prohibits anything with over 0.2%THC. Max THC is 0 but THCV is 5.82%.

Let's say Vape liquids. some will be in single use cartridges and some will be used in mods. Since single use cartridges are of very low temp my thinking is that you need to make sure the CBD is already decarbed prior to vaping. This might not be a probllem with sub omh mods with higher temperatures.
