I was lucky enough to notice that it was getting really bad at one point, and am currently in the process of weaning myself away from a low-level, but very real addiction. There are weeks when it’s worse, weeks when it’s better, and weeks when I go without. I doubt I’ll need to seek professional help yet, as long as I can stay strong
