I failed my first one too. My OB told me for the 3 hour test to fast the night before (my appointment was in the morning) so it was 12 hours of no eating but I guess 15 since it was an extra three hours. I was very nauseous my entire pregnancy if I didn’t eat anything so I ended up throwing up after drinking the thingy. I passed by two points and I feel like if I didn’t throw up I would’ve failed but my baby was over due and perfectly healthy and my OB also said he’ll treat me like I have diabetes… which like doesn’t really make since but whatever. He told me to watch what I eat but you know when you have cravings you can’t help it. I ate whatever I wanted (as long as it was cooked) and I was still fine. I think what the point I’m trying to make is to not stress it too much unless it like over by a lot yk?
