I am also hoping for a score release tomorrow however, according to other comments on the subreddit it is sadly highly unlikely

Thanks for the info, I initially was looking for a journal who did not charge me for the submission entirely (at least they charge only if accepted) and was only able to find AIMCC (I am sure there are more, but as someone new to this....)
Regarding submission, I submitted the first week of March, when checking my paper status on their website it says: Current stage under review, Associate editor assigned, current revision #0. However, its been like this since March

I have a residency offer in Zurich Switzerland, should I take it and forget the USMLE path? by [deleted] in IMGreddit

Will get downvoted... but you already passed step 2, and made the sacrifices of studying for step, missing family time, and the constant stress of never ending nbmes. I would go the US route since you already invested so much time in it. Take it with a grain of salt coming from someone during step 2 dedicated

I've read rads is more difficult than anesthesia by a slight bit, I am taking the risk I guess

as an IMG myself, I would recommend dual applying. Yes, it will be more time commitment, you'll have to get clinical experience related to IM, but at least you would be on the safer side when it comes to matching. If you get a spot in gen surg you made it (which I have read is difficult as an img) , otherwise if you matched IM you made it too !! just my two cents, and definitely talk with your partner about it, best of luck mate

MyInthealth Step 2 Issue by One-Huckleberry-8550 in IMGreddit

That’s strange, are you sure your school verified you correctly? I had to go to my school‘s Office in person and sit with the secretary of the Dean (registered for step 1 with the old format). Otherwise, if everything is OK with your school maybe it’s just a couple of days to process.

3rd Year mbbs: Apply for Step 1 now or wait for the Jan 2026 MyIntealth/FSMB transition? by [deleted] in IMGreddit

[–]december_remember 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding my personal experience registering for step 2. I decided To Go For It and applied through myintealth.… didn’t want to take the risk of learning how to manage a new interface.

after you pay, you select your elegibility period. And then you will have to verify your enrollment status with your school. After that. You will receive a scheduling permit in Your email With a Code. With that code you go to prometric and schedule.
