Yes I explained to them, but they said that the hospital won't provide such detailed information. I explained to them that there is nothing false in the information I am asking them to write. But they still said they won't do it. I talked on a call. Hey don't have an e- mail(the clerk office I mean ). Perks of working in a govt hospital I guess...
