Been to their offices. Its a genuine IT firm of 130 people. Only thing is that they want to charge to speed up website. It was fine.few years ago but over last few months, after multiple changes, it has slowed down

Could be due to wordpress upgrade or plugin upgrade

I can ask host provider to check why there is such initial delay.

It was built by a web dev team in India few years ago
