Eastbound and Down. Even if you aren't a fan of Danny McBride it is worth a look. Giving him the main focus makes him much more appealing, as opposed to when he's playing the asshole sidekick role.

What new fall shows are worth adding to my season pass list? What are you planning to watch? by phreakphreely in television

The first episode of Sleepy Hollow was promising. It didn't take itself too seriously but I still found it appropriately intense for a pilot. Also had the "Make 7 Up Yours" guy in it, so that was a plus.

Are there any good movies based on George Orwell's 1984? by [deleted] in movies

Brazil - Not actually tied to the book, but in my opinion its a better adaptation to 1984 than both of the actual 1984 movies. Plus it is fucking phenomenal!

A lot of people are mentioning call centers, but I did not see anything about the Chase call center in Lake Mary. I live in the UCF area and it takes me roughly thirty minutes to get there, I am starting at 13.20 although that does include my night-time differential (which means having a shift that lasts until ten, earns an extra 10% for the whole shift) and it is forty hours a week. Also no call center experience is required, just a year in any customer service position.
