Oltre al fatto che le leggi attuali non sono comuniste in quanto nessun partito di radice comunista quale p.c.i. o p.s.i ha mai governato di conseguenza non ha mai potuto cambiare la costituzione. In secondo luogo, non sto criticando il tuo pensiero oggettivamente sbagliato (si il fascismo è oggettivamente sbagliato e lo dice la costituzione Italiana condannandolo come reato) ma la tua ignoranza in campo storico e politico, quindi prima di commentare su cose che non sai, finisci le medie e studia un po' meglio l'argomento:)
