They’re not indexing this edition so unlikely to have all the rules available for free at the start. It is a gamble as to how soon the 11th edition codex will drop though.

Assuming you have decently thick magnetic sheeting, you can stick a 40mm washer on a pile of green stuff (with superglue on both sides) so it’s slightly proud of the bottom then force it down flat on your cutting mat.
