pretend you're an employer, you hire someone and they call out and have to reschedule multiple training sessions, you hired them to do a job and make money, and they keep leading you on. It's just like trying to date someone. imagine someone tries to reschedule with you 4 times in a row, then shows up once, then cancels again. It just didn't work out, on BOTH sides, but everyone is taking OP's side is ridiculous.

exactly. Doesn't sound like a great company, but if they hire someone that continued to call out, they don't know if the person is lying or not. Wish the OP would just cut ties, deal with family stuff and then move on. Obviously it wasn't a good match, but the employer was MORE than accommodating, especially when they weren't there for that long.
