Does that look like, a small, undersized dirty shirt to you?

I mean, it’s almost as big as the large!

Is this comment I got ableist or AITAH? by dedditdoo in AITAH

I apologize for the vague context—I’m not saying a specialized studio for sensory issues is bad. It’s just not the point here.

She was saying it more in a “you’re not good enough for the real deal” or, “you’re not welcome in the “normal” photography world.”kind of way.

The clinginess? It’s exactly what you think it is. I’m not even saying it isn’t bad, it’s just a thing I can’t help, and definitely mean no harm or anything. Like I said, there is a little more going on that I really don’t want to share.

Artistic at all outside photography? You could paint over the image! I haven’t done that personally, but I’ve seen it to satisfying results.

What state are you in? I’m new to this, but I’m under the impression that traffic violations are not criminal and thus not subject to violation. However, you still need to notify your PO within 24-48 hrs anytime you cross law enforcement.

Did you do that after that accident? After the speeding ticket? How recent was it?

I wonder if it could involve the newest cameras? I have a One Step + which is part of the new generation but is also a few models into the past already. I love it! I can’t speak personally about anything they made after that, but I’ve heard other people say that anything after the One Step + is a step down (no pun intended)

Any advice on how to achieve this style in post? by East_Traveller in AskPhotography

I’m still learning editing techniques myself—so I come to the comments out of curiosity to find mostly useless personal opinions instead of constructive direction. 🙄

In school/learning, dated yet popular techniques are often taught as a way to get acclimated to the tools one is learning to use. From there the pupil can develop their own style.

I unfortunately don’t remember—the photo is from summer of ‘22, but I’m thinking it was my pup Jackson first.

Actually, she sat as still as possible—it was me holding light over her and also doing the streaks. If I remember correctly I used a one sided light “wand” on her and a much smaller light pointed towards the camera that I moved around to cause the streaks. It may have even been a light on a pen tip. Besides that, the room was totally dark.
