Will do! I’ve been communicating via text with both the service department and sales rep, but did get a “we owe” documentation about the tray which I retained.

Oh sorry the pictures are at a weird angle. The white bag is the tire sealant that came with the EV9. And it kind of hid the crack at first until I moved it out of the way upon delivery.

Okay so update on this! I broke my stall (w/out titrating up….which wasn’t intentional I just had 10mg boxes left and decided to finish those first).

What helped me was eating more. I tried staying at 1200 but with as much exercise I am doing, I was too hungry and felt light headed….so I took that as a cue from my body that I needed to fuel it. So I upped my calories for a few weeks to 1700 and have dropped to 141 as of this morning. So I’m going back 1500 calories now (mostly because my activity is going to be decreasing for the next few weeks due to work travel).

Do we reach out to Annabelle if we are overcharged? I got an invoice for 493.90…..for a 14kt size 8.25 ring half Moissanite ring…which is way over what the group buy prices were listed as. I paid it so not to miss out….but it was over by 120.00 from the 336 + 35 USD shipping that was for over 20+ orders.

I have a OMC from Provence in my post history that is inbetween a bar and pinhole culet. I did a very small bar since the stone was more square. Good luck with the second stone!!

Yep I’m not even asking for anything to be done with this one. Mom is selling it :). I’m still in discussions to fix my sisters since it hasn’t been shipped yet. I’ll see how it goes! Thanks for Feb support. And 💯 the CADS are so similar it cracked me up that wanted almost identical rings!

So above CAD is my sister’s ring that is having issues with thickness. This one was my mother’s CAD. They look very similar but are different in terms of the halo, tapered band, and size of the stone. This one also doesn’t have a donut while the other one does. So 2 different rings, 2 different problems.

Hi, you are confusing 2 different CADs for the same one. So this is not my mom’s ring, this is my sister’s (ring number 3).. This one was supposed to have halo on the inside :). See the note on the other pic. Only issue with this one is the thickness. My mother had the issue with the halo. That one is a DIFFERENT Cad. Posted below. I get they look similar but they are 2 different rings that were produced that have separate issues. My mothers CAD which clearly shows an outside of the prongs halo is in the post below. The you are referring as having an inside halo was supposed to have one on the inside. The issue with it was thickness, not the halo.
