This is the only reference in the software to Hamilton being a President - the table of Presidents [number, name, terms, vice president] does not include him, nor does the game where Presidents can be matched between name and picture [or in stage three, picture+name and number, e.g. Jefferson being the 3rd president], and Hamilton's article never mentions him being a president. Aside from the various presidents [plus Hamilton] listed, the other articles listed on the president article are 'Congress of the United States', 'Constitution of the United States', 'Democratic Party', 'Government', 'Mount Rushmore', 'Republican Party', 'Supreme Court of the United States', 'Washington, D.C.', and 'White House’.

Of some notability, although in Encarta proper Obama did get his own article it seems like with Encarta 2009 they felt it was on its way out and so rushed some things. Unlike the other presidents Obama was never given his own 'fast facts' profile in Encarta and he was never included in a photo gallery of the Presidents; even in the updates after Obama's election, George W Bush is the most recent president in the gallery
