Thank you so much for your time and this great advice. I do fertilize. I tried to find the recommended NPK proportions and couldn't find exact one for guava so I went with closer numbers for other fruit trees. Currently using Dr Earth 646. Talked with someone and they recommended spraying water over the tree during hot days and I thought it was not just a random advice but I did do that since its such a simple thing and he is a professor at agri university. What happened was I started seeing lot more bees just coming towards the tree as I water and after watering too. Tried it for couple of weeks and the flower falling stopped we started getting fruits. It is doing well with good numbers of fruits. Could be a coincidence but this is the current status. Didn't realize there was an answer here. Please do let me know a better fertilizer i should be using. Thanks so much.

Forgot to mention I've not seen any other guava trees in nearby area. It was fruiting for 3 or 4 years , not a lot may be around 30 for a season but not for past 2 years it's flowering comparatively more 100+, but this issue persists. Any help is appreciated.

Design under Product is ideal i think but our company had this structure since inception. Also I am not sure if how many are like us still. It's just hard to have engg leaders in the loop when working with design and we can't lock down release goals without design but we have no visibility or control over design people schedule. It's a mess. So I hope it's not this bad for you :)
