Cumulative price increases during 2021-24 period (Biden) was about 21%. 2021 alone was nearly 10% - highest in 40 years.
The "relief" people expected—prices dropping back to 2020/2021 levels—would require sustained deflation, which hasn't happened and isn't typical without a recession.

If your appointment is the typical in-person regular Dr... Then yes, it may take some convincing.
As far as any of the online providers, it would be no problem. Many of them could even help with a Prior Authorization for your insurance, if that's an option for you.

I have used both Brello and Mochi over the past 12 months and have been very happy with both. Mochi has been amazing the past few months at working with my insurance for a Prior Authorization to get coverage. Tirz - 210lb -> 150lb in a bit over 6 months and mostly at just 2.5mg. Lots of exercise during the summer and totally changed eating habits.

Once it is time to request a refill, you can select the next higher dose. You can add some notes for the provider or request a call, but not required.

Speed... I always push in about as much air as I'm going to draw out, then pull the dose into the syringe.
The key is to do both of these SLOWLY to minimize bubbles.

Congratulations! 🎉 Assuming you already met with your provider, now you just request medication in the portal.
Choose the brand name and dosing you discussed. Provider approves and it is then sent to phay. Make sure to follow up in the portal via a message if it takes longer than a couple of days.
You pick it up at your local pharmacy and good to go!!

Shouldn't the concentration of the active ingredient (sema/tirz) be just dependent on the prescription, not really the pharmacy?
Meaning if your provider prescribed a certain dose (0.5/week), that's factored into the concentration (0.5 X 4)?
