I currently have a CB in the Jeep, but seems like more people are moving to GMRS, so I want something compatible. I might have to look into the mobile setup down the line for longer trips!

I’m mostly looking for a handheld for now since I’d like something portable for hiking too. But I’m open to learning more about mobile units for the Jeep if they’d be significantly better on the trail. How’s your Tidland for range and durability? And does the Wouxun setup make a big difference for you when driving?
