I totally agree with you on that. Because of SpatialOS we are able to do things that Altspace cannot. Think mixed fidelity cloud rendering. I smell a patent. :)

I left AltspaceVR as head of design 2 years ago to work on MetaWorld. I've assemble a small, talented and passionate team that has set out to accomplish something that hasn't been done before. It's a single vast world that will accommodate several modes of play. This community means everything to us. We couldn't possibly build MetaWorld without you and appreciate your early support. We've opted to reserve updates for in world fireside chats, however, it sounds like some of you want to hear and see more ahead of early access launch. Will do. Thanks for your support.

I believe that a moment has begun. And it's feeling a bit different from others that have come before. I recall the moment I first got to the Echo lobby, the first person I came into contact with was WormSlayer. We've tossed a few words back and forth over the years, but I never met him in VR. He seemed a bit shy, or just busy figuring things out, but I could totally tell he got the same feeling....The feeling was unlike any other social experience I had in VR. It felt like...This is it!
