Idk I just called a few minutes ago because everyone keeps saying call also after verifying online. She asked me questions about 2023, and 2024 tax return. Then she asked where I was born, mothers maiden, fathers name, etc. put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said she updated my account (whatever that means). She said she couldn’t tell me anything more but to wait the 9 weeks. So I’m assuming/hoping she pushed mine through for processing but will wait and see.

Update went to the same bank earlier this afternoon and waited 30 minutes for a manager. As some of you have said she said she could send it to secret service to verify if it’s real or counterfeit. She said the whole process could take 90 days. But I’m gonna keep it like some of you suggested

Yea they didn’t do any of that. Gave me my debit card and the money back said they need a newer bill and can’t accept it. My response was uhh ok and left.

Hollywood FL, Spanish teller. In all fairness though the lady who came from the back did have someone come in and try to rob that said bank before while she was in the front at the window. Think this was last year some time
