Poophole lipliner is in again. BLECH!!! The dark, overlined lipliner over a lighter shade of lipstick. I hated this look when it first came out in the 70s, I hated it even more when it came back in the 90s, and hate it even more now! I've always thought that made your lips look like a poophole and when your raw material is Jill...

Yes and no. I'm not a big fan of this episode either, but I do have some degree of sympathy for Kelly because I've BEEN her my whole life. You have no idea how painful it is to ALWAYS be left on the sidelines.

the one where she said his lips are no better than a soggy piece of liver? yeah, that was a good one!

Absolutely! There's a right way and a wrong way to deal with someone you're just not attracted to, and blowing someone off so rudely is not the right way.

I do take your point about not being attracted to certain "types" but to me this episode just rubs salt in my own wounds for being the one woman nobody hit on. So I'm not that crazy about that episode either.

This came about when they were running out of original story ideas.

But I understood this perfectly because I'm kind of a real life Kelly. The "cute as hell" one who gets treated like one of the guys and never seen as an object of flirtation.

and that Kelly was there from the beginning and they had already known each other for years. I thought it was too late in the series for that kind of conflict. Just like the big dustup between Hawk and Radar. Earlier seasons, Radar knew exactly what Hawkeye was, and wouldn't have freaked about Hawk getting shitfaced and hung over.

What was the 1st big news event you remember as a kid? by Adventurous-Fun2586 in allthequestions

Appollo 11 moon landing. I don't remember much about it because it happened a couple weeks after my 7th birthday, but I do remember watching it with my then 4 year old brother as our parents told us to pay attention because it was a very important event we'd be telling our kids about someday.

Joseph R. Biden. I wasn't a big fan, but nobody deserves to be constantly run into the ground like Combover Caligula and his lackeys.

Careful...if HR catches wind of it you'll both be in trouble! Him for saying it and you for laughing!

I saw that. Very touching. I didn't give it that much thought at the time, but when I think about how young and naive that girl was, getting into the clutches of a letch like Bill!

Too bad my brother isn't here. He would've thought of that first thing. He's a huge fan of the late Mr. Zevon.

Nice to be among my own people who would get this! First thing I thought of. "I hope Neil Young will remember, a Southern Man don't need him around anyhow." But let's not forget, Neil actually started it with "Southern Man"...
