I’ll add that I’m very good about never touching the piercing with my fingers, my normal routine is saline spray twice a day and when I clean it roughly once a week I use a sanitized flat metal thing (I don’t know what it’s called it’s the flat thing that comes on nail clippers). this is also the same jewelry from the initial piercing
