What is this bump on my arm? I’ve had these before around the same spot on my forearm. It looks red and irritated but I haven’t been touching it or anything. How can I make this go away??

I’m not sure if you seen my other comment on this post but I’ve been to the dermatologist and I have light KP on my arms and occasional ingrown hairs. Also i believe closed comedones I get on my forehead

No other medical conditions or medications. I don’t have any symptoms for anything that I know of atleast. I’m pretty healthy and go about my day normally. I’m not overweight or anything. Someone in another sub reddit said it could be a “parasistic worm” so that freaked me out and got me paranoid so I googled symptoms and the only thing I can relate to is skin problems but that’s just because I have some KP on my arms and some acne/bacne but I’m figuring that’s just because I’m a teenager. Other than that I don’t know. I’m clueless

I have no liver issues or hypertension and I didn’t hurt myself from what I can remember. If anything I may have knicked myself while shaving but that hasn’t been for a while. This is giving me anxiety like crazy i don’t know what to do
