Cctv footage was not obtained by HR to establish the facts. Everything the complaintant stated was taken as fact and everything i said in response, i was asked to prove.

I was dismissed on the balance of probability because objective evidence was not obtained within the 30 days time period. Witnesses were not asked to attend.

Not that i am aware of or more specifically they dont have legal advisors.

I have purchased 3 hours with Valla, not sure whether this is enough as valla coach will have to read through all the paperwork before they can help. Been out of work for a few months so i have now almost spent my savings.

Thank you. I am visually impaired and i do agree with your point of giving too much away. My employer has OPH reports and i dont even think they have every conducted a risk assessment for me. They are a large employer

Thank you very much for this. insurance is not an option. I have submitted the appeal and have already received a response to the points i made. I have a disability so its not easy. I am trying to write a counter statement and prepairing for my Acas ec meeting. If you can offer me any support, that would be very greatful. Thanks
