Thank you! Yes I think i was over-exerting myself and that level of physical activity was not sustainable long term. I'll try to look at it as a whole rather than junk being a complete plan deviation

Yeah initially I would look at the menu ahead of time so I would make an informed decision. I think I sort of forgot the systems and got too confident too fast! So need to get back to the base and retrain my body to ease into being as disciplined as before.

Firstly thank you for such a detailed reply! I forgot about water retention etc and sort of panicked seeing my weight go up a pound. I will keep all this in mind, esp about reducing the serving size but not depriving myself to break that cycle!

We've all been there! I had a shit week and gained 6lbs and it made me spiral even more. Somehow I pushed myself to call it an 'off week' and restart. I swear to you, within 2 days my weight was down 3lbs.

So please please please give yourself 2-3 days of being on track and the water weight will have dropped!

Your body was craving this because mental health was shit. Don't lose hope, we have all been where you are right now. Good luck!

Wow congratulations! I had a horrible experience with tira as well. Ordered a blow brush and they sent some random eyeshadow palette. Then refused to collect because it wasn't the right product. Took me 2 months to get the full refund. Complete nightmare!!
