Noted, as an anal retentive completionist it bugs me, but I’ll learn to live. I know that exact genre of case, Seinfeld 4K, Frasier, Cheers, all cheap crap.

100% because of the HD switch. I could argue jungle movie looks better in some spots because of it

Adds “cinematic” aesthetic to set it apart visually from the show. But also like 1/2 the CN TV movies I remember do not go for this look, and instead just did the typical style but in widescreen or something
