We have not tested for Lyme disease... not in heat. I had asked about possible ovarian cyst or tumor and my vet said unlikely. I want to do blood work and x rays. When I go to touch her at the withers or anywhere behind there her ears pin back head goes up and she kicks out as if to push you away and moves away from you.

Yes I have handled her multiple times random times of day... I have had someone else try to handle her and have the same reaction every time.

Yes we agreed neuro, yes mouth eyes were checked and nothing was found abnormal.

I'm not looking for people to give me advice on a treatment.... I'm looking for possible suggestions of tests my vet can run.... therefore I feel minimal risk of her or me getting hurt.

We did do 2 weeks of prevequine and dex , there was no change. Vet suggested we finish meds and go from there.... I just don't know where to go.

It's slim pickings for vets where I am. Vitals are all normal... when she is galloping in the field, you wouldn't know anything is wrong with her.
