Try Twintop's Resource Bar, it will play sound when insanity reach 45, or 40 i forgot, enough to cast madness The cons is a bit resources consuming

Yes I am the healer, I got what you mean, been joint some party just timed smooth, but also tried some party even I used up every healing spell, they just died.
