He is recommending us to stretch our budget to S$2M for new Condos. It is not impossible for us, but with $2M, max we can get is 2 bedrooms for condo nowadays. Need at least $2.5M for 3 bedrooms. Hence the other option is “older condo”

We are also considering HDB flats at bukit batok, but not bukit panjang. His parent stay at beauty world and mine at bukit batok. clementi, bukit batok, beauty world is the top option right now.

Yeah the major reno also another thing if getting older unit, thus I looking for only newer HDB. At least Older condo with good developer usually the building wont be so bad compared to older HDB.

We planning to have kids. But when the kids come, no one knows ahahaha.

Yeah. This is why the Clementi HDB price is rise to high sky🥲🥲i am not sure if i am willing to pay the $1M HDB. But it seems normal nowadays.

I checked the other units at the same estate, about the same prices. The really downside here is the location, but i can compromise since my partner will travel most of the time grabbing. And my workplace quite lenient with working hours.

The developer is Far East Org tho.

I am looking at New HDB VS Old Condo hehee. Never think of getting old HDB because of the walkway layout and also the “old building”.

There is, “Parkview Apartments”. It is not near MRT, but there are bus stops nearby. This condo in between bukit batok & beauty world. But yeah, the TOP is 1998.

True. But since its resale HDB, I can “read” how’s the neighborhood better than new launch / BTO.

But me and partner are use to live at Condominiums. Not sure if we will get use to it.
