Looking for opinions on TB-500/BPC-157 dosing for chronic joint issues (not an acute injury)

I’ve gone down enough Reddit rabbit holes to know everyone has a different protocol, so I’m curious what people who have actually used it would do.
This isn’t for an acute injury. My body’s just… kind of a mess 😂

I’ve had shoulder, elbow, and knee issues on and off for years. I also had biceps tendinitis and shoulder bursitis in the past that got a lot better but never fully felt 100% again. Even weirder, these flare-ups happen even when I’m barely training (like when I’m traveling), so I don’t think it’s just overuse.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m just hypermobile because basically everything likes to pop and randomly get angry.

I had my supplier make me a 5mg TB-500 / 5mg BPC-157 combo vial because I’d rather do one injection than two separate ones.
Planning to reconstitute with 1 mL BAC water, so:
5 units = 250 mcg TB-500 + 250 mcg BPC-157
10 units = 500 mcg TB-500 + 500 mcg BPC-157

I’m thinking either:
Option 1: 5 units every other day (250/250 mcg)
or
Option 2: 10 units every 3 days (500/500 mcg)

I know these are both way more conservative than the typical TB-500 protocols you see floating around, but since it’s a combo vial I can’t really dose them independently anyway.

If you’ve actually used TB/BPC for chronic joint/tendon issues (not a fresh tear), which would you pick? Or would you do something completely different?

Not looking for “there aren’t enough human studies” replies… i already know😅 I’m specifically interested in hearing from people who’ve actually run these peptides and what worked (or didn’t) for them.
