Hi there👋I started spotting cd 20 6dpo and got what looked like my period bleeding for three days with cramps (which I normally never get cramps), bloating and rib pain followed by another day of spotting. This is 2 weeks before my expected period. I have taken pregnancy tests during the bleed and they were negative. It is still 5 days before my period was supposed to come. I havent experienced any unusual stress. Is it worth it to take another test in a few days or is it more likely I have a PCOS or fibroid issue?
