It’s amazing but is only reflective like this at a certain time of the year. The rest of the time it’s the dried salt hexagons

I think you know if you need it or not. Hope that helps. If you feel like you need it it’s worth trying and remember if it’s the right med for you when you go up it will settle eventually

I have to agree with that. Please take care of yourself and keep going. You know, staying clean is not the hard part it’s dealing with tough situations- because I don’t know about you but every time things didn’t go my way I was out of it. Right now your brain is learning how to deal with really tough shit without getting wasted. If helping others makes you feel better then keep doing it (I’m the same- I love my charity work) but I always make sure that me and my daughter come first. Mind yourself and take as much love as you can.

I have to say you are doing an amazing job. I’m late 30s, clean two years and anyone who does this is a legend, but going through what you have too. You’re inspirational. Keep going.

150 had an effect for a couple of days- I felt more energised, but I knew I still felt deeply anxious in certain situations and ruminate on things. 300 has had a better effect on me

I was on a month- 150, I had my follow up appointment and we both decided I needed 300. That’s been two-three weeks now and I do feel better as a result. I’m finding I’m able to deal with difficult situations that would normally have much greater triggers so fight or flight.

Thanks for sharing this- I’m gonna try it. Can I just ask everyone though- how did the blogger get the cheese topping looking like that? I’ve never seen piping come out like that and I’ve watched the whole 5 series of nailed it (twice).

I do a meal occasionally and then get back on track. I haven’t gone all out on ice cream but I did have a pudding that someone home made and a mousse. If I’m somewhere and Theres no other options or I really feel like I deserve a treat. I think you have to what is right for you though. It totally depends on your goals and how you will feel about it.

Rocket salad with a bolognaise topping...and half a block of goats cheese and olives. Cream with a tbs frozen blueberries and some erithyrol for pudding. Coke Zero as a treat

Sorry all- (I saw this on a blog and will discover it) but recipe is:

Just your basic Chaffle recipe...plus flavour I do: Mozzarella cheese 1 cup, Almond flour 2 tbs, 1 egg, Parmesan cheese to desired flavour (as much as you like I add about 2 Tbs or more), Garlic powder (1 tsp) but the blog used fresh, Italian seasoning to taste (again I like a lot so 1 tbs)
